“さしすせそ(Sa shi su se so)”  indicates very tipical and important Japanese seasoning for making Washoku (Japanese cuisine). each meanings are, さ-Sa is sugar, し-Shi is salt, す-Su is vinegar, せ-Se is soy sauce, そ-So is Miso. We travel to producers or factories and research about them with fun, and having event or through products we share the knowledge with people who are interested in. Ultimately we will publish the bilingual text book of さしすせそ.
